Training and internal promotion
The purpose of this project was to train and empower employees about community advocacy for youth and health education.
Components of the campaign included conducting employee focus sessions, researching and writing the curriculum, coordinating internal and external resources, and designing the internal promotional campaign. Also, we devised a "low-tech" interactive approach to program delivery incorporating the client's existing Lotus Notes installation, as well as database to archive the curriculum and participation statistics.
