E-commerce strategy, IP market development, knowledge management
The first project with Sprint consisted of providing knowledge management activities to the long distance Help Desk. This included the development of the knowledge base to maintain and support new high-impact applications such as telecommuting (migration of employees from an office to a home work environment) and Kansas City Remote Access (migration to a new platform).
The second project was for IP Market Development in the areas of strategic planning and marketing of Web Hosting services to the business market. Activities included re-engineering the pricing methodologies, creating a resellers program as a new marketing channel, and developing strategy and application design for a new EDI over IP solution to support e-commerce.
